Commercial, for-profit use of de Jourdan's Studio images requires the written permission of the donor, Mr. M. Patrick de Jourdan.

Photographs by Arthur Rafton-Canning are in the public domain, since the copyright has expired.

The archives offers a complete range of copying services for researchers. Copies of virtually anything in the collections can be ordered, subject to copyright or other applicable legislation. The archives can copy onto almost any format, including audio tape, video tape (including broadcast quality formats), CDs, DVDs, photographs, and digital prints on a variety of papers including photo paper.
